What happens in PE condition?

The process of ejaculation in men suffering from PE is the same as in healthy males without any sexual disorders, but it occurs much more rapidly and with less or without any control over ejaculation. Men with PE say they feel that they are going to ejaculate but can’t do anything to prevent it. This happens because ejaculation is a reflex process that is directed by the brain and nervous system, and once started it can’t be ceased. Ejaculation can be provoked by both emotional and physical sexual arousal.
Experts still have no distinct answer why some males experience quicker sexual response than others. Previously, PE was considered to be a merely a psychological condition, nowadays doctors are inclined to consider that it can be as well afflicted by physical disorders related to the serotonin signals in the brain that direct ejaculation. The researchers have recently found a gene controlling serotonin signs that could be associated with appearing of PE.
