How to Prevent Premature Ejaculation

Performance anxiety is one of the factors provoking PE in men.  Talk to your sexual partner about your feelings regularly it can help to solve the psychological problem. Talking is a good experience for both partners.  Try to relax and discuss the problem and it often goes away. Self Distraction can prevent PE:
If a climax is almost here, take a deep breath. You can also think about something else.

“Stop and Start” way to avoid rapid ejaculation:
If the climax is near take your penis from your partner and relax enough to avoid early ejaculation. By this method of stopping sexual activity you can last longer in bed.

“Squeeze” method to last longer:
A person should simply squeeze the end or the tip of the penis for 20 seconds to control the ejaculating process, then continue sexual act.

Special Desensitizing Creams and thick condoms:
These creams are used to make the end of the penis less sensitive. They work as a local anesthetic. Thick condoms can also decrease sensitivity of the penis.

Foreplay:
Sexual stimulation before intercourse can prolong sexual activity and ejaculation and orgasm for both partners can be achieved at the same moment.

Masturbation method
Masturbating regularly will help you to know your sensations and give more control over ejaculation.

Practicing these methods will help you gain self confidence in your relationships and last longer in bed. If these methods do not help you, visit your sex therapist.
